When will my candle ship?

As soon as our first small batch is poured and cured. We’ll email you the moment your candle is on its way.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Email us at [email protected] before your candle ships and we’ll cancel it.

Where will I pay?

Checkout happens on our shop at Shop Sofly Vendors, so your payment goes through a store checkout you can trust.

How do I get the best burn?

Let the first burn melt all the way to the edge of the jar (about two to three hours), trim the wick before each light, and never leave a flame unattended.
